Shipping Information
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary during peak periods, public holidays, or due to carrier delays outside our control. We'll always do our best to get your order to you as swiftly as the shadows allow.
International Orders
We ship worldwide via trusted international courier services. As shipping costs vary by destination and parcel weight, international orders are not available through the standard online checkout. Please contact us directly at info@darknesswithin.com.au with the items you'd like to order and your delivery address, and we'll provide you with a personalised shipping quote. *Outside of Australia taxes & tariffs are paid by customer in the delivery cost or via entry to their country.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love every piece from Darkness Within. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Returned within 14 days of the delivery date
- Unused, unworn, and in their original condition
- In original packaging with all tags and accessories intact
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Items that cannot be returned:
- Items marked as final sale or clearance
- Personalised or custom-made items
- Candles, incense, or fragrance products that have been opened or used
- Digital products or downloadable content
- Items returned after the 14-day window
Return shipping costs
Return shipping is at the customer's expense unless the item is faulty, damaged, or we sent the wrong item. In those cases, we'll cover the return postage and send a replacement or full refund — your choice.
How to Lodge a Return

Email us at the address below with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 2 business days with return instructions.

Pack your item securely
Wrap the item carefully in its original packaging. Include your order number inside the parcel so we can match it to your account.

Post it back to us
Send the parcel to the address we provide. We recommend using a tracked service — we can't be responsible for items lost in transit.

Refund or exchange processed
Once we receive and inspect the return, we'll process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
